So we traded another high level prospect ...

The San Francisco Giants made a move to shore up their infield Saturday night, acquiring two-time Gold Glove winner Orlando Cabrera from the Cleveland Indians.

The Giants sent 23-year-old outfielder Thomas Neal to Cleveland.

The 36-year-old Cabrera was hitting .244 with four homers and 38 RBI in 91 games this season for the Indians. Now in his 15th season, Cabrera has also played for Montreal, Boston, the Angels, White Sox, Oakland, Minnesota and Cincinnati. He's a career .273 hitter.

The 23-year-old Neal has hit .295 with a pair of home runs and 25 RBI in 60 games for Triple-A Fresno of the Pacific Coast League this year.

Poor Fresno.
