Giants took game 1 last night, 3-1. They gain a game on LA as they lost to the Reds.

Tonight, Matt Cain goes up against Max Scherzer.

Wow consecutive chalk liners to take a 3 run lead. Bizarre inning.

Close call in the 5th when Cain started to lose it but the Giants added a couple more runs late and won 8-5. no ground gained as LA beat the Reds. Jake Peavy takes the hill against Gio Gonzalez tomorrow night.

Duffy is a man on fire right now, incredible performances from him the last 2 games. Giants go for the sweep tomorrow with Bumgarner against Joe Ross.

Bumgarner has more hits, more runs, and more RBIs than the Washington Nationals do through 7 innings 8-)

What a performance from Bumgarner! He's looked WS form the last 3 starts.
