so what's the deal with blackley?

all i know is that he used to be considered a top prospect for them, had surgery on his shoulder a year or 2 ago and has got Rocked ever since. Better than nothing for losing Ellison.

Wilson going down is somewhat of a suprise but is probably necessary. He will get called up soon after they figure out if tachsners back to form or if chulk sux again. Maybe Niekro tears it up in the begging of the year and we can trade him for a true setup man.

giants were lucky to get anything for ellison. the marlins would of defiantly picked him up in waivers.

Excellent move to get ANYTHING for Ellisson. He's AAAA/26th man type of player.

...I don't care what his preseason stats were. We got a one-time (before injuries) MLB top pitching prospect.
