Might have to go to a game or two over the summer. Good to see Angel start off slugging. Noonan/Angel/Posey going to do wonders for our infield.

Go quick because some of those guys are headed to AA by June. The only reason they're here now is the weather.

Brandon Crawford off to a hot start with 2 homers. Posey hit his first yesterday.

Here's a Scott Ostler article about SJ.

My friend who went to UCLA kept telling we found a steal with Brandon Crawford.

He was a projected first rounder before last season at ucla, but had an off-year. Getting him in the 4th round was most definitely a steal.

Both Posey and Villalona have 3 Homers and 10 Rbi's after today. Villalona just needs to take more walks.

If Crawford keeps developing this well, he'll be joining Nick Noonan in our starting infield. His bat is already miles ahead of Manny Burriss.

Posey staying in SJ. It sounds like he's having trouble defensively. At what point do you think about moving Sandoval to C next year and have Posey go back to his HS position of 2B? Of course, that leaves a huge hole at 3B.

Pablo's glove is looking good at third base, it doesn't make the decision any easier.

Crawford with 3 hits, a double and triple today. Kid has been really impressive so far. Alderson with the gem yesterday.. 10 k's, no hits, 1 BB.. I wonder if he got bored in San Jose?

Hopper who do you see getting a mid season call up? Any idea on Dallas McPherson's status?

I doubt any of the hot prospects get a mid-season callup.

McPherson was battling back spasms, pretty much sums up his career.

Guzman could be up by June 1 if Ish doesn't wake up fast.

Guzman was called up yesterday and the Giants sent C Steve Holm to AAA.

Guzman was hitting .363/.391/.592 with 6 HR and 12 doubles for Triple A Fresno.

He doesn't look too sharp or comfortable at 1B yet. Talk about on the job training...

Madbum is now 4-0 with a 0.78 ERA in Connecticut.

Angel V went 3-5 yesterday with his seventh homer.
