Well approaching the final 24 hours of the trade deadline, and it's looking good for the Mariners, at least according to Larry Stone at the Times. With Lee off the market, and the price for Halladay so high (though he still thinks Halladay will get moved), Stone thinks there stands a decent chance of a few teams getting into an 11th hour bidding war for Washburn. He doesn't think the M's would land the very best prospect(s) of a team, but he does think there's a chance to end up with a couple of very good prospects just below the very top tier.
This will be an interesting 24 hours for the M's.
