Beltre's obviously a FA. The FA crop seems pretty weak here; Chone Figgins, Joe Crede, Juan Uribe headline. Would Miguel Tejada take a one-year deal and slide over from SS?

We ought to resign Adrian. True, he will never come close to his last contract year offensively, but his defense is still specatcular and his value is pretty low right now. A Branyanesque one-year deal could be just what the doctor ordered.
