Ryan Rowland-Smith (0-3, 6.44) vs. Gio Gonzalez (3-3, 4.08)
What's with RRS this year? His ERA has doubled from 2008/2009, and now he seems to start the first 4 innings then gives way to Snell. Nobody has really said anything with the offensive troubles making all the headlines, but RRS has about a month before Bedard kicks him to the pen. He's just not getting it done.

Awful. Just awful. RRS needs to go to the pen, and either Snell or someone from AAA needs to take his spot.
Griffey is the master of the pop-up. Having him starting, let alone batting relatively high in the order, is staggering and poor game management.

Felix (2-3, 3.88) vs. Ben Sheets (2-3, 5.70).
So... we'll be ahead 3-1 heading into the 8th, but will ultimately lose 4-3. Any takers?

Wow. Rob Johnson makes a stupid out at 3rd base with two outs, taking away a run that was about to score. I just don't get this team...there's always one or two little silly mistakes that cost us the game.

Another loss. Now seven games back with the third worst record in baseball.
