We're headed up to Safeco this upcoming Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the Reds series. Just wanted to get your insight to see if I have the likely starting rotation down.
Today -- Felix
Monday -- Snell
Tuesday -- RRS
Wed -- Vargas
Thu -- Off day
Fri -- Lee
Sat -- Felix
Sun -- Snell
I'm going to be able to see Lee and Felix... correct? Do I have the pattern down? I can't recall when Fister is supposed to be back.

Re: Question on the rotation
Just a guess but i'd say after Snell gets lit up by the Redbirds look for French to start next Sunday.
On a slightly differant topic i have a feeling after Lee is gone at the trade deadline we could see a few others go also, namely Ardsma and Lopez.
Finally i would rather see this club at some point move in the fences, they cant attract long ball threats to this park and win or lose i'd rather see balls leaving the yard. Just my take.

Re: Question on the rotation
You're even more right then you thought, French started today in St. Louis. Gave up 4 in 4 innings, then Snell came in and gave up 4 in 2 innings. I guess he's twice as good as Snell?
Ah, we suck. Hate reading these "Where is Lee going to wind up at the deadline?" articles from ESPN and SI and Yahoo! Sports... we had amazing starting pitching in a very mediocre division. If only we had more than three major league hitters and a reliever or two. If recent history tells us anything, we'll be expected to lose 95 games next year and we'll end up winning 87.

Re: Question on the rotation
It's pretty scary (and sad) to think that Jason Vargas has been our best and most consistent pitcher this season.
