Ugh, Wright did not have it today. He got tagged, hard. A 5-3 lead has become a 6-5 deficit in the 8th...

3-run bomb by Olivo, we're up 9-6!

No doubt about that one.

Wow. I know its only one game, but this Halman kid looks legit. A young, disciplined hitter with nice mechanics that has power to the opposite field? Yes, please.

Thank God for Miguel Olivo. He saved me from being depressed for the rest of the night. Eric Wedge is still a complete moron.

Great game for him today at the plate, but let's not go crazy here...just two years ago Halman led all of the minor leagues in strikeouts. He's got a lot of power and more experience than a guy like Peguero, but he's also known to be a hacker.

Jesus effing Christ! Who would have thought that Texas would head into Cleveland (who had like the best record in baseball) for a 4 game series and sweep them? Meanwhile, we win 3 out of 4 in our own 4 game series against a decent Tampa Bay team at home, and we drop a game to the Rangers.

That's harsh.

31-28 after the homestand, winning every series. I'd say we responded.

Man, it is weird to actually be a winning team.

This is fun to have a team I can root for to win, not playing to gain draft positions.
LaMarcus for Heisman!!!

Roster:Lillard/Mathews/Batum*/LA/Lopez

*Its not pronounced with a !@#$ing s, he's french. It's Nico-la, not Nico-las.
