Jose Guillen just drove in a run to make it 3-1 as I create this thread. :D

Solid beginning thus far, so lets extend that 5 game winning streak to 6, fellas!

God Brandon Morrow pisses me off. I wish we'd send him back down to the minors already. Having more walks than innings pitched is just uncalled for.

But, nice clutch hitting by our guys with 2 outs, and JJ was amazing once again. Got me nervous in the 9th, but if he gets ahead of you like he did with Thomas, its all over.

We are playin great right now!!!

Only 4 out were going to compete this year, nice to have baseball back.

...and if we're able to eek out a win today, then we're only a game back in the wild card if nothing else. I'm interested to see what this team does at the deadline, what they do when Ibanez comes back, etc. This team is playing very well right now and while you always want to get better you also don't want to monkey around with it too much and screw up a good thing.

I have tickets on the first base line, front row tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm a little stoked.

Alright, boys, keep pouring it on...

Despite my better judgment, my usual hatred of Willie Bloomquist is gone. He's almost hitting .300 on the year, and he's coming up big in situations where the team needs him to do so. Bizzzzzarre.

Just a great job by our offense today. Ben Broussard was amazing, going 4-4, and Willie gave us 2 more hits. And then Ichiro who raised his batting average to .368 with 3 knocks. @_@

Also, how about Miguel Batista? He's been really good his last 4 starts, and hell, our hottest pitcher takes the mound tomorrow!

GO M'S!

It's going to be very hard for Hargrove to push Broussard to the bench when Ibanez get healthy...I think you have no choice but to put him at DH.

Yay! 8 wins in a row, baby!

I'm happy that Troy Glaus forgot how to field a baseball. :D

Anyways, tremendous job by Jeff Weaver once again, and Putz with the win! Gotta love it!

OMFG that was the best game I've ever been to. GREAT seats, and before the game I was interviewed by KIRO 7 for my thoughts on Hargrove resigning. So, if you watched their sportscast, and ever wondered what I look like....you got your chance. I probably sounded like an idiot, but oh well.
