I definitely think we have the advantage in games 1 and 3.
Ramirez has been dominant at home and Lester is still new. Meanwhile, Game 3, Beckett has been slumping while Miguel Batista is arguably one of the top starting pitchers going RIGHT NOW. Guy has been fabulous.
Dice K is probably looking for revenge. We've beaten him what? Twice?

Congrats to Adam on getting a couple base hits. He looked good at the plate, and I hope he gets many more opportunities throughout the season.
Oh, and Yunie was L.A.R.G.E tonight. Not only did he drive in 4 runs, but he had probably his best defensive game of the season. The dive and throw in the 9th was just sick.
btw, Green was the MVP of the game, in my opinion. Came in after Boston had tied the game and had 2 men on and no out, then completely shuts the Sox down for 2 2/3 innings. Good stuff.
Hopefully Wash can pull it together for us tomorrow!

And he was effective when he was on base. Look at what he did on that third appearance on the bases: His speed down the line on the error, the speed that scared Timlin into blowing a pickup move, and the speed to get under the tag at third...
Yeah, no way in hell I could see Ibanez doing that.
His second at bat was very impressive. He has bat speed that Ibanez clearly lacks, and that bat speed allowed him to fight off pitches and stay at the plate until he got something he could hit.
It's quite clear the kid needs to play...first game in and he already helped us win a game in which our starting pitcher decided to suck ass.
