Both SP with 0 ER, 7K, 2H, 0 BB through 4 IP. Talk about evenly matched.

2B for seager, his best swing since the opener.

There you go, Kyle! A double that didn't need an assist from the sun.

So I flip to the M's and miss the Sounders coming back to tie against the Timbers, and change the TV and miss Ackley's home run. Oh well, go teams I root for.

well, he doesn't, but with the way felix is pitching today 3 runs is probably enough.

Love the at bat against Donaldson. Backs him off the plate, Donaldson makes a poor choice to try to stare Felix down, so he humiliates him with a beast of a change-up.

I feel like Felix has a great shot at a 20 win season this year. With his stuff and a competent offense, the sky's the limit.

As irritated as I was last night about the rained out game, I think it was a blessing in disguise. We got to skip a Chris Young start, give our bullpen a day of rest, and go straight to Felix.

I totally agree, Sweezo.

And Felix has been a MONSTER. I want a complete game shutout! But I bet the 9th gets turned over to Rodney.

agreed. felix is at 80 pitches through 7, and with the way he's cruising he'll likely finish this thing up himself -- two full days of rest for the 'pen.

Now that Smoak has returned to being a piece of garbage, wonder how long until we trade for a real clean up hitter.
