ichiro: what would it take

to make him stay with the mariners?
many dont have faith in this years mariners and ichiro will be on everyones list via trade or FA.
if the mariners make it to the playoffs or at least keep close to being in it, will that make him stay? or will he look for a team where he can win the WS?
