He got lucky as hell...I say that replay ten times and I still don't know why that ball caromed like it did.

Wasn't it only 18.00?

Oh well, guess he was due for a poor outing. Lets just be thankful it didnt happen during the reg season. :D

Remember when Eric Gagne had like the most dominant season ever, but gave up the GW homer to Hank Blalock in the All-Star game? That homer didn't seem to slow him down one bit when the regular season continued. Let's hope Putz is the same.

BTW, isn't the subject line of this thread a little misleading? Or is it 2001 again? :-?

Yea, unfortunately it was late last night and I wasn't proofreading. I did get two out of the three words right though. Nevertheless pretty pumped but wondered why Ichiro said this was the first All-Star game he had made more of an effort in compared to awhile. I like how he's a straight shooter, never over emotional just always says it like it is. Unfortunately it's never him saying it its his translator but same difference.
