Which team gets to stay home?

Post#1 » by NateMustGo » Mon Aug 20, 2007 5:23 am

Looks like Detroit and Cleveland will not win the wild card. That leaves the Angels and Mariners in the west and the Yanks and Beantown in the east will slug it out. Question who stays home at this point i'm leaning towards Boston. Oh and by the way I think we will win the west. How are the rest of you guys feeling I say w=Seattle e=NY c=Cleveland wc= Anahiem Oh ya and by the way I'm predicting a Seattle/ Cubbie world series! It was predicted years ago when the first Back to the Future Movie came out! Remember?

Boston goes home? I don't see that happening. I see Boston taking the East, Cleveland taking the Central, Seattle taking the West, and NYK in the Wildcard. Why? Because I hate the Angels.

with the yankees actual roll and how dangerous they can get in the playoffs i hope they don't make it.

either way, what would represent for the mariners to make it? to solidify this team or to still look as it as an incomplete not really playoffs team?

I thought in back to the future it was the Cubs and Florida. Which I guess now you can say is the Marlins or Tampa.

I've lived in or near New York for almost 15 years now, and although I still don't particularly root for any of the local teams, I have inherited one trait from other New Yorkers: the absolute loathing of the Red Sox. I would love to see them go home for the winter, especially in light of all the adulation they received early in the season. Even if it means another division title for the Yankees.

It's like I don't even know you.
