Fri, Apr 24 / 10:05 pm EDT - E. Bedard vs S. Loux
Sat, Apr 25 / 9:05 pm EDT - C. Silva vs. A. Ortega
Sun, Apr 26 / 3:35 pm EDT - J. Washburn vs. J. Weaver

I think we are a good chance for a sweep if Silva can step up to the plate!

Go M's!

what i most want to see is how bedard does because i think we all know what silva and washburn can be and if they have a bad game it could be "normal" but outside of last year's injury i think bedard could be big as a mariner.

Oh please hit-the-effing-ball this series. We have a real chance to hit the Angels when they're down. All we need is a strong performance out of Bedard, another good performance out of Washburn, and a high scoring and lucky performance when Silva starts and we're 7 games ahead of the Angels at 13-6.

Realistically speaking, two-out-of-three would be just fine and dandy. I really don't want to lose the series 1-2, or get swept. Opportunity is knocking here. I can't believe I actually find myself in the position of getting greedy about such things now. Who'd-a-thunk?

It's important we take the first game that's for sure.

Would have been nice to have got a run home when we had bases loaded.

Hey, we got our run. That should do it.

You're probably right, Bedard has only allowed one hit so far.

I was longing for an inning like that.

Ichiro infield single. Back over .300. Looks like 11-6 is ours.

Great offensive showing from the club. Everyone managed a hit, Chavez and Lopez with 3, and 4 guys with 2.

That was one of our better offensive games of the season, Bedard pitched well again.

Our pitching is just ridiculously good now. We've got three starters cooking, and our relief corp has been outstanding. Keep riding this wave as long as we can. Hopefully Washburn doesn't tail off too much, and Silva is somewhat bearable. I figure Morrow will get stronger, and our setup and other relief roles are looking good so far, but still a bit of a wild card.

I wonder how it will look when we enter June?

Hopefully we can win the AL West.
