Two Mariners didn't make the roster who certainly deserved consideration, Russell Branyan and David Aardsma. Personally speaking, I wish Branyan had made the roster, as I think it would have been great for him to receive such recognition for his remarkably unexpected performance this year, and how much he has factored into the success of the M's this year. It's no outrage that he didn't make it, but it seems it would have meant a lot more to him than other players who were chosen, and he certainly had the stats to back it up. It would have been a good story.
