What do you guys think?

I pretty much agree with the entire list. But damn; We've had some pretty weak starters this past decade, haha. And seeing Betancourt at SS is made even worse by the fact that there is nobody else to put ahead of him. And even though Rhodes was a beast for us, I still hate him for choking against the Yankees and costing us a potential World Series berth.

Loving the outfield though, and thank God Kaz was chosen ahead of Ka-Putz.

Interesting. I'm surprised they didn't put A-Rod on as SS. His one season this decade as a Mariner outweighs all of Betancourt's career. Is my bias against Yuni showing, or would Carlos Guillen make a better candidate, too? I know his best days were as a Tiger, but he did play a huge part in three consecutive Mariner teams that won 116, 93, and 93 games. I'd think Seattle would want to make as many connections to the "glory days" as possible.

Aaron Sele is an interesting choice. He had two good years, and a third was an abomination. Like the original poster mentioned, though... it's frustrating because I can't really pick anyone to take his spot.

Any list without Pat Borders is irrelevant, anyway.
