I have no problem with Klay, I'd give him as much time as he wants, especially when Grimes and Naji are playing like this.

Will Grimes and Naji improve on their own if they have some of Klay's playing minutes?

Grimes and Naji played more than Klay, all 3 basically are getting 20-25 MPG, which is what they should be getting, they need to be the most active, defend, run the break, etc...
Assuming Luka and Kyrie play 34 MPG, there are 76 minutes, the 3 should get all of them.
Lively/Gafford
PJ/Maxi
Luka/Naji
Klay/Grimes
Kyrie/Grimes

This is the main 9 man rotation...
Defense wins draft lotteries!

If you haven't noticed, Klay's minutes have steadily gone down in the last 5 games.

And the team has been playing better since. yes?

Yea, frustrating to see less than mle guys like Caleb Martin or vet min Gary Trent outplayed the washed up Klay recently

Team has been playing better because they're finally healthy again. Grimes, PJ and also Lively have been huge for them. It's hard to say about Klay because we can all see he's clearly a much better and smarter player than THJ. Plus his gravity is insane. Defender are hard focused on him anytime he's playing. His impact stats are also good.

But Kidd is apparently still adjusting lineups and it would help Mavs if Klay could start shooting better, that is true, otherwise his defense and decision making is a night and day compared to THJ (in a good way).

The Luka Stan always needs to reply to every post I write critiquing someone. I just commented earlier how most of team did great. But klay sucked, 0 for 8 sucked

Klay was terrible but I do think he was solid defensively and had some nice passes today. The good news is that he can impact the game beyond scoring unlike THJ.

But yes the guy needs to get his act together and make some shots. He gets in his own head way too much.

Fans normally hope that their teams and players do well. You obviously don't hope that by your words washed up Klay do well. Tragic part is, that Klay has important part in Mavs hope for good playoffs run.

You can understand that will be a great season when the Mavs main problem is Klay Thompson performance... I'm excited. Let's go Mavs!!!!
