Celtics without Tatum are 55+ wins team, Warriors are 3-1 w/on Stepth with 1 very close loss to OKC, it doesn't take from the players themselves that the team w/o them is good.

I think we're all happy they're finally back on the right track. Other aspects like going into details "WHY?" are also fun. Is it not allowed to analyse things or why would this need an explanation from a mod? :o

My comment was about the team being better w/o Luka comment, it's clearly not true.
In general, I post regularly on the board and participate in discussions, if I'm not writing in red font, then I'm writing as a poster not a mod.

Ah ok, i thought me and Arkuo were breaking some kind of forum rule talking about it and you made that post directly under mine. Didn't know what you're referring to ;)

I don't trust the on/off a lot
Check Luka's on/off in 21/22, it was barely positive, I think he was the best player in the league January to May.
Luka's on/off is excellent now while Kyrie was bad, while Luka playing his worst stretch of basketball.
I think Luka's on/off is high is because he's the only PG on the team, and it took them time to get used to not having a table setter.

Yeah indeed that's why i prefer to check lineup combinations and their netrtg, etc.. It's also why much better analysts than me often give lineup NETrtg examples and how they work together as a unit. But Kyrie right now is at his "standard" +6 ON which goes basically hand in hand what he has almost every season. So, whatever they're doing is working but they also played some bad teams recently which benefited some role players who usually wouldn't be given so much trust on offense. I'm not sure we'll ever see Grimes turn into Curry vs TOP teams in playoffs lol.

But it's hard to make proper examples etc, because Mavs already had important guys missing multiple games and Kidd just being bad also didn't help.

We have players that can be relied on more than some people realize. This team has evolved, it happens when you get embarrassed in the Finals, and when our players are hungry to win.

We need to be improve our free throw shooting since we currently rank 19th.
