I know people will jump all over about Bibby's defense but what we lose in Devin's D we gain in Artest. Plus Bibby has been nice since coming back from injury. It would be a win now/next year type of deal...one that wouldn't cost us as much and for as long as a Kidd deal would.

Yuck, yuck, puke, puke, yuck.

I would NEVER trade Harris in an Artest deal. Harris is is mentally sound, under contract (great contract, if I might add) and produces the same as Artest (F better rebounder and G better ast, of course). Never in a million years do I make a base trade of Artest for Harris.

And Bibby is softer than Terry and produces about the same on offense, except Bibby has more injuries than Terry does. Why do we need Terry A and the more expensive Terry B?

Then to top that **** off, we have to give, not 1, but 2 1st round picks? Fazekas? JJB? More lux tax?

I'm getting sick just analyzing that trade.

so if you can get Bibby and Artest for Harris and stuff, you dont do it? are you that much on Harris' nuts and anti any other player not in a Mavs uniform? not that the trade is even likely and probably not even possible, as i stated, but if it could happen, you wouldnt do it? are you that much in love with the guy? devin seems to get injured as often as bibby does, doesnt he?

lets see here are bibby's career games played: 50, 82, 82, 80, 55, 82, 80, 82, 82. so two years of a shortened season and the 50 in his rookie year may not even be injury related, i dont know. and then he had a HAND injury this year. an injury not related to being older or soft, just an unfortunate thing.

your argument about him being soft: fail

1st round picks? who gives a ****. once every 10 years you can draft a JHo at the very end of the 1st round. what have the mavs done with their picks since Jho? nothing.

my including of Faz or JJB is to make the thing work, them picking what they want. I'm sure if i go back to draft night, you were probably one of the biggest haters of the Faz pick.

lux tax? boo hoo, mark has to pay some more money. how does that affect you? also, they each are under contract for one more year! you'd get them off the books after next season if you wanted or have them as expirings to trade. man thats luxury hell for years isnt it?

Artest would give this team some attitude and balls..ala Nick Van Exel. The guy hasn't had any flare up in Sac. Plus, we'd have an elite defender with size. The guy is a steal machine and can get assists out of the forward position. ugh, sickening.

why would we want a rotation of Bibby, Artest, JHO, Dirk and Damp with JET and Stack off and whoever else off the bench? i dunno, maybe so we can win?

Sorry to burst your buble, sir, but Bibby sucks and I really don't want two Jason Terrys on this team.
