NETS FAN here , Magloire sux... that is why we waived him.
He is not the same Magloire.
1. He is slow half a step in rebounding
2. He fumbles a lot
( He probably fumble the ball more in offense vs rebounds. )
( He can't even fight for the rotation with a roaster of Boone, Sean Williams, Malik Allen, Krstic all those guys are ahead of him )
3. His offense is getting 10 times worse.
The only person worth keeping is Lue and Antoine Wright.
Lue gives you a backup point guard. Antoine Wright gives you a perimeter defender. ( Only if Avery learn how to use him )

The guys who are worried about losing players 7-15 have a point.
Dallas has been getting the cream of the veterans-minimum/cheap sub crop.
Guys like Devean George, Eddie Jones, Juwan Howard, Darrell Armstrong are/were in Dallas because Dallas was one of the 3-5 teams with a serious shot at the NBA championship. Those guys preference would be Dallas, Miami, San Antonio, Phoenix or Detroit.
Now, you could say Dallas has fallen out of that group. Boston got Sam Cassell. You guys got Tyronn Lue. What does that say about the pecking order?
You guys might not make it out of the first round this year--right now you draw the Lakers. Two first-round exits in a row means you are not a preferred destination anymore for veterans making NBA minimum or close to it.
The Mavericks moment might have already slipped away.
