Since 414 is back with all his themes like Avery hates Dirk, Dirk needs to be traded for his own good, Avery throws Dirk under the bus, Mavs are doomed, and so on, it's time to bump this thread exhibiting the incredible extent of 414's stunning (lack of) insight.

Unfortunately it wont bump because his opinions were so glaringly stupid it got locked.

But here's a sampling.

Mavs need to trade Dirk who will never do anything in Dallas under Avery, for Gasol who has passed him. [Absurdity.]

Dirk won't make the all-star game. [He did.]

Dirk isn't playing well because Avery won't let him. [Not playing well? He was 1st team all-NBA this season and 3rd in MVP voting.]

The Mavs are doomed. [This was the season the Mavs made the NBA Finals.]

We may have forgotten how deep the lunacy ran, but now that he's back to torment us again, this should be a great refresher course.

JES you don't want in the middle of this. If you're not interested, just move along.

If you had been around longer, you'd understand completely. Read the thread I linked. If you do, you should "get it" pretty quick despite your newness.

But this isn't "bashing another poster" for some sort of grins. Instead, it's my reminder of persistent and inane anti-Mavs trolling on a Mavs forum by an antiMav, and how unbearable it became as we were barraged with his constant stupidity. I'm dealing with it in my own way.

Personally, I think this is a little childish (worse than me and mmreg). If you feel so strongly that you have to start a whole thread, it may be better to just PM a mod.

But, then again, that's just my opinion.

JES ....the 414MVP problem on the Mavs boards was wayyyyyyyyyyy bigger than any random difference of opinion, it involved almost every regular-posting Mav fan here not just me, and it goes back on realGM for years (literally). It just so happens that I get vocal because I don't like his crap to come cascading back again upon us, and you won't either, I promise.

Here's more that got locked, if you're curious. He starts off sounding semi-sane, then gradually morphs into the same bizarre theme.

Yeah, I always figured we'd see pepper again. He was an interesting and insightful contributor, and we were surprised to see him go and never return.

Maybe this Peppersquad you speak of disappeared because he finally realized all the Avery critics were right and he was wrong? That must have been a very painful revelation.

If that's the case it would at least put him one level above yourself Fgump.. you are sadly still in complete denial. It's pretty funny actually.
