DAL FO wants to keep Devean as the versatile backup who can fill in at 2 or 3 spots and has veteran experience
I just get the feeling he'll be resigned to a 1 year deal so that he has full Bird rights next offseason

Mags will be a warrior, simply because they can pay him. I dont now about their cap and FA situation (Ellis and Biedrins), but it makes sense for them and Mags wont pass on additionally 10 millions or sth.

Biedrins
Wright
Jackson
Mags
Ellis

Thats very solid and they have young guys off the bench. Whatever Mags does, he will be in a better position than last year on a injury plagued Clippers team. Thats also the reason why his stats are overrated, he was the only solid scorer on their team. He wont be a constant 20ppg threat on other teams or even championship level teams.

If that is the Warrior's starting 5 come October, we can exclude them from the playoffs again.
