look what someone wrote on the Warriors board!:

If we're going to trade Brandon and/or Belli, we should be getting Dirk.

Harrington is too undersized to play center, unless you play small-ball like Nellie does. He is and should be used at PF primarily, but we have Dirk and Bass so unless we traded one of them (I hope to God we dont), Harrington really doesnt serve a purpose on our team... Odds are he will have to suck it up and play for the Warriors till at least the deadline.

I believe Al has a couple years left at around 10-11 million per year. He's greatly improved his 3 point shooting over the years. He has plenty of heart, but I don't expect much from him on defense, and I doubt he's going to be happy coming off our bench if we traded for him.

I would rather spend our limited trade assets on someone other than an undersized guy that plays the same position as our franchise player and best prospect (Bass).

i figured that we would trade them Stack but i didnt know he made that much money. Also, figured he could be Dirk's backup and smallball center and Bass could play a little more SF but yah, all that is not necessary now i guess with Wright and Green and possibly Williams playing a lot more. anyways, just drumming up a topic till fooking thursday. its too long to wait!

I don't want Harrington at all for the exact same reasons already spelled out by HMFFL and mavsfoty.

Even if we did want him, the only players we can trade to get him with a 1 for 1 trade are Dampier, Howard and Terry.

Howard is a "hell no"
Dampier is a "gosh no"
Terry is a fair, but I think we need him as a backup PG more than we need Harrington to clog the PF spot.

i'd put Terry as a "heck no" between JHO and Damp.
