Mark Cuban Targeted??

Whats the real reason Mark Cuban was charged for Insider Trading. Was it because of anti-patriotic stances he has taken by helping finance the hugely popular conspiracy film 9/11 loose change. Mark Cuban and a host of other media outlets seem to think so and the evidence would point to it as well.

"The timing of a Securities and Exchange Commission civil suit for insider trading against Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban sure is fishy.

"Reportedly, the sale of momma.com stock in question took place four years ago.

Cuban's camp gave the New York Times an e-mail from an SEC lawyer who bashed Cuban for offering to distribute to theaters a controversial Internet "documentary" called Loose Change.

The lawyer called the documentary, which attempts to tie the Bush administration to the 9/11 terrorist attacks "vicious and absurd" and promised to pass along his concerns to the SEC chairman.

Cuban probably didn't win any friends in Washington last month, either, when he launched the Web site BailOutSleuth.com, which tracks who is getting what from the Treasury Department's Troubled Assets Relief Program - better known as "the bailout."

Hmm this is very interesting stuff, do you guys think Cuban is being personally attacked? I have no clue what to make of this yet.... I'm still gathering more information.

However being a Wizards fan and a young aspiring entrepreneur I love Mark Cuban! And I feel a lot of times he gets singled out for being so young with so much power and influence. It seems like he is infringing on the secret social balance of the world.... and obviously people aren't going to like that. He needs to be more careful that's for sure.
