Why for Charlotte?
The aren't high on Felton (cause they have DJ Augustine) and Morrison is expendable. Bobcats wants a big man with size (Diop) plus the versality of Bass. Besides they get a vet shooter in Bogans who has a expiring contract.
Why for Dallas?
Because the Mavs fills two of their holes without giving Kidd, JH and Dirk. Kaman would be a great fit in Carlisle sistem. He is a C with size who can score. he and Damp could make a impact tandem. Besides, Kaman is a friend of Dirk. Felton is a nice PG who can be the perfect buck for Kidd. I think he could start next season.
Why for LA Clipps?
With the addition of Zach, they are overloaded in the C spot. Kaman has the longer contract and he could be expendable is the price is right. They need a perimeter scorer with a decent contract. Besides, they get a nice guy (third pick in 2006) with skills and a good perimeter shoot (38,1 3p%).
Why for Orlando?
Magic are looking for a guard who can run and score. Terry is this guy. JET is a booster who can play PG and SG. He is a jump shooter, an he has a nice ball-handing skills. For me, he is a great upside of Nelson. For the SG spot the Magc also has Pietrus.
Bobcats line up/roster
DJ Augustine/Brown
Richardson/Carroll/Bogans
Wallace/Dudley
Okafor/Bass/May
Diop/Ajinka/Hollins/Mohammed
Mavericks line up/roster
Kidd/Felton/Barea
Wriht/George/Stackhouse
Howard/Green/Singleton
Nowitzki/Williams
Kaman/Dampier
Clippers line up/roster
Davis/Hart/Collins
Turkoglu/Gordon
Thornton/Morrison/Novak
Randolph/Skinner
Camby/Davis/Jordan
Magic line up/roster
Nelson/Terry (sixth man)/Johnson
Pietrus/Terry (sixth man)/Lee/Richardson

This isn't too bad for all teams.
We'd still have Stack and some of our youth to deal for an upgrade to the SG position.
Terry's scoring would be missed and would need to be replaced somehow though.
Perhaps Stack, Felton and Williams to Minny for Miller at TDL.

I would do this trade. I know JET is playing really well right now but Kaman would finally give us a well rounded Center and Felton is probably more of a PG than Terry. Felton's shooting percentage is not close to JET though.

Turk has more value than Terry.

Turk already said he is opting out for more money...there is no way the Clippers want Turk.
I think Orlando would like a similar producing Terry locked in for 4 years (no 2010 plans) over Turk wanting a fat contract, but there may be a holdup there if a highly paid Turk next to the highly paid Lewis is in there plans, but I do think that Terry is better for them than Turk since I don't see Turk in a Magic uniform next year. And they may be looking for a PG since Nelson is hurt and they are very thin at that position.
Dallas and Charlotte both should do this trade, but they need a PG.

I would do it. My only concern would be losing Terry's scoring abilities, however with Kaman at the 5 and either Wright or Green hopefully developing the Mavs become a better well rounded team.

Most 4 way trades are not very good however this one is not that bad with the exception of what the Clippers receive for Kaman. Very few players at the 5 can do what he does and I don't see the stingy Clips giving him up without a king's ransom in return.
