No, but since coming back, Howard has done nothing but jumpshooting. Before, he would play closer to the rim on botth sides of the court, but now, he reaching Gerald Green level.

And I'd give all my snow. I can't even leave my house and have been snowed in the last week.

That sequence with Kidd and George/Singleton near the end of the 4th was the kind of passing and offensive movement I expected when we traded for Kidd. Of course, it was against a terrible team, but we need to do more of that.

Incidentally, I talked earlier about all-offense/all-defense players and how we can't afford to have those one-dimensional players on the floor. The only way we can get them in is if we can get them easy buckets in the offense, just like Kidd did for them in the 4th. That was another reason I thought Kidd's passing would really help the Mavs.

George went from my all trade team to being useful once he decided to play in the paint. If They can play like that more conscistantly, I'm game.

Dallas needs to package Howard+Bass+Stack expirer and bring in an upgrade. Singleton and even Shawne Williams can do a good job at backup PF (and even George is needed). Stack is useless obviously. And Howard is really somtimes just as much a bad thing as a good thing. If we can bring in a defensive player, who will go to the basket and can give up 15-PPG, it would make this team 10x better. Our defense sucks!

Actually I wonder if the 76ers would do a trade involving Andre Iguodala and Josh Howard. Iguodala is having a down year and his slashing ability is exactly what we need, not to mention he is a much better defender than Howard, though not the scorer.

a deal centered around iggy and howard could benefit both teams. I'd do it

Return to Dallas Mavericks
