Game 2 doens't matter if you lose game 3. MUST WIN.

I kinda went off the grid. I wasn't even texting anybody besides my brother in Austin. Still nervous as hell.

I wonder if we should replace Cardinal in for Peja to play the 10 minutes we give Marion/Dirk rest. He will do a much better job on defense and the boards, and we can hit the open 3. It won't happen, but not sure its not a smart move at this point.

I still would give Peja a couple mins at home in the first half. Hopefully he can knock down a couple 3's and get his confidence back. It would be huge for the Mavs. He'll prolly suck thou.

Somethings should be noted:
1. Whenever Peja hits the ground, the Heat goes on a run. We need to find someone else to backup Dirk. Maybe we should try some Brewer or even Cardinal.
2. Our double-team on Wade and Bron looks fine. They'd look for each other if one of them is double-teamed. What if we cut into the passing lane at that moment? This forces them to go 1-on-2.
3. I can't stand Jet's lack of creativity. How many time he's got blocked by Wade resulting in fastbreak? How many time he takes ill-advised jumpers? It'd rather see Roddy or Butler instead of poor Jet.
4. Mahinmi is owed by the Heat. We do need Big Wood to return to action. Dirk plays great D, tho.
5. They've huge problem staying with Barea. What if we set picks to create space to JJ? I think of this probability with the last shot. We need not solely rely on Dirk. We can be unpredictable as hell.

We play well enough to win. We just need to play smarter against their defense. Give them some credits for that. We're going to bounce back big time. Book it. Go Mavs!

partially agree.
Mavs must solve their permanent problem in 3yr, their starting 5 and Barea+JET.
And JET must play while Dirk rests. I have no idea what RC is thinking on the rotation.

I believe Mavs still has chance to beat Heat, even 3 consecutive games.
But its up to how to use the players. Under his current rotation, im doubtful to win 3games.

Its crazy to see RC give a role player about 20min even though he played really poor and let him shoot 15-16FGA/36min. Its almost same to Dirk. Even JET would be put on the bench or stop shooting. And he always has the ball and plays with Dirk. Unbelievable disaster for the team.

Either way, it's here. And it's best not to analyze further, because its, MY GOD, the finals... and though the bench is ruining things with an abysmal shooting-percentage, we JUST have to find a-way to win the next game. This is the championship, for gods sake. Ahh, after so long.

The team reminds me of the Kings back in the day, when they lost to the Lakers. Talented, understated, and much will-depend on how fluid our offense is on the day.

What's more, we can only hope (and it'll be ridiculous) that Dirk continues to make those, back-bending, impossible shots all of the games left in this series!

I dont get the whole "Miami cHeat" thing. I know they are a bunch of douchbags that decided to be their own personal general managers but not sure how they cheat other than outplaying the Mavs to this point. I do hate them but I do give them credit also.

We still owes the Heat 2 games. We can't act like we've a series over them. At the end of the day, how we perform matter the most. I like the fact that our supporting cast finally take the superstar-defending-me burden and get a little confidence back. It's a good win.

But we nearly lose all statistics categories besides the W. The outcome could easily go either way. We should focus and make sure a Game 5 gifts for Mavs fans that believe.
