Jason Kidd pulls a Rick Carlsile, Josh Green with thunderous dunk, blocks LaMelo then feeds KP on the the fastbreak, so Kidd takes him out.

Luka shot horribely, and the P&R with Powell wasn't clicking as usual, but Mavs still demolished the Hornet 61-30, carried by KP and THJ, Josh Green played great defense on Ball.

And very encouraging signs from Josh. Perhaps Eugene's emergence has motivated him.

I believe this is the KP we are going to see this season. I noticed all the nay sayers are pretty quiet tonight. It’s only preseason but it was their “dress rehearsal” for the season opener and it was good to see they were dialed in for the most part.

Carlisle is a good coach but his time here was done.
His old kind of basket doesn't work with this team, we need to run.
You can play slow tempo basket like if you had Kidd, Marion, Dirk ecc ecc

We are a different team with different players and few of them can attack an half court defense.

Josh Green played really good defense on LaMello.
He's still bad shooter, bad finisher at the rim and erratic in general, but he very quick feet and hands and good court vision.
Things that should improve with coaching and playing time.
I still can't believe how bad the Hornets are outside of Hayward/Rozier/Ball.

Lets see how he plays against starting level players. And if he can stay healthy for most of the season...

I guess you're not from Europe. Tell me, would you watch meaningless games in the middle of the night?
