What keeps the Mavericks from being GREAT is their backcourt. Kidd, Terry, Barea, and Roddy is what we have. The Thunder have Westbrook, the Spurs have Parker and Ginobli, and the Lakers have Bryant. We have decent players in the backcourt but not one of them can take a game over. This team will never advance further then the second round until they get a superstar in the backcourt. Unless Roddy steps up and plays like Cuban and Nellie thinks he can, they are toast against Portland.

Far too many fumbles on at the rim on offense. We must take advantage of the open and easy looks, but we just fumble it out of bounds. Someone needs to step up.

its games like this when Coach RC should realise that having someone like Brewer on the bench could be utilised against the likes of Hill, Carter, Childress, Dudley, Brooks

Marion has 6 pts on 2-9 FGs with 3 TOs

Terry should not be getting game time when hes chucking up threes (0-5) and not playing defense and turning the ball over.

JET gets alot of the blame when we get stagnant on offense but im hear to give him some praise for this 4th quarter thus far. Hope that continues throughout this game and into the postseason.

the frustrating thing with terry is that he can go 0-8 FGs, turn the ball over and play no defense...then when we need points, he will go on a scoring tear....

It is games like this where I just am not motiated to choose a POG. Kidd was the player of the last 2 minutes and Chander was solid, but no one was really a POG IMO>

He is a catch and shooter. Thats why I dont wanna see Long jumper feeder(Barea) anymore...
