Kidd is your coach? Been there, done that. Glad that is on your turf now.

No one is reliable from the free throw line on this team and it's a big reason why we constantly choke games away.

Do we even have a preferred free throw shooter on this team? If I could choose who I want on the line at the end of the game, I'm not even sure. I know for sure it was Brunson last season. Too bad he's shooting 88% in NY instead of here.

Kidd needs an offensive coach next to him, this is way over his head...

And a free throw shooting coach AND a therapist for each player. And an anger management coach for Luka. Heck I probably need the last one too after this game.

Luka is emotional and passionate player, it's what makes him great, and can be frustrating at times, but the team is clueless in close games, and has constant mental breakdowns, their lack of confidence is screaming, they need a responsible figure at the lines, Kidd's passive aggressive, introvert personality is making it much worse.
A heart wrenching loss, no 2 ways about it.

Not a bad game, obviously we lost because FT (Timmy and DFS are mentally weak) but we played a good game. Great energy and hustle.

SD can't finish around the rim so it's better he dunks every time

Bucks are very good, we limited Giannis a lot in the first half. Those Hill 3s killed us.

Mavs played great. No shame in that loss.
We need help from Nico and Cuban.

Didn't watch the game because it was too late. But checked the 10/24 and i was like, wow they were so disciplined this time, that can't be right. Then i checked again and it said FT line... And i honestly wasn't even surprised. :noway:

THJ missing all 3, when he was fouled shooting 3, is still something special.

Hehe, that's your THJ roller coaster experience at full display. He can have 4-5 games when you think he can be an all star and then follows with, a game or two, when you ask yourself "How is this guy even playing in the NBA?"

...because Mavs and Luka have saved his career.

Luka is supposedly surrounded with shooters and Mavs are one of the worst FT shooting teams.

I don't know what's going on in practice, but you I have the feeling that the Mavs need a tougher coach. Kidd looks like he's a kid trying to be a parent. When the leader isn't emotionally mature, the coach has to be.

I couldn't believe when I saw the box score. We don't often see a team losing by 1 while shooting nearly 40% on their FTs. It's pretty incredible (in a bad way).

Guys don't just look only the boxscore, Mavs played a great game (with all of their roster problems) against a real contender.
We could have won with a better FT % or without the defensive mistake ok Kleber and DFS.

We need a couple of upgrades but at least the rotation is good right now.

Giannis was atrociously bad in vast majority of the game, there's why they had the lead going in Q4. You can't have Q4 like they had and be satisfied. And I would be ok, if it was the first time, but they did the same in Denver and luckily escaped and numerous other times, when they didn't.

Ah, I would never ban or warn him. Even tried to defend him.

His ban seems like it's purely because of Covid/Vaccines related material and other mods gave strikes.

It's hard to believe that THJr would miss 3 Fts in a row. And if that wasnt crazy enough, someone else goes and misses 2. So I was curious what he'd be raging about.

DFS also strangely didn't see that Middleton/Lopez play developing :noway: . It's annoying how many games they've blown up 12+ in the 4th quarter.

P.S: Khalis, if not mistaken your 30 day ban is up now... you should be able to post. If not, send a PM to Howard Mass to lift the restriction.

Hardaway is streaky. So is Danny Geen as a Spurs or Jet Terry as a Mavs. That's something frustrating to watch with. The roster do not have much natural shooter outside of Bertans and Hardaway. The rest are not on target here and there. Since the departure of Dirk, McDermott and Curry, the Mavs has no steady shooters to space the floor. Maybe Hardy can actually help somewhat. I am not sure if Hardy could be as efficient without the ball very often. Hardy is somewhat natural shooter, though.

What happened at the end? I see that the Mavs got the rebound with over 7 seconds left and the TOs was taken with nearly 2 seconds left. It seems like a big gap.
