Crazy to think what Luka had to do for 5 straight years with those horrible rosters. Kyrie does it for few games and is also injured. I guess we will see true strength of this team only just before playoffs.

To be fair, Luka was drafted at the top of the draft board. Which means he will most likely get drafted by a scrub team.

You cant expect to join a 72 win GSW team with 4 all stars as soon as you enter the league through the draft. You probably need to be drafted 29th overall to get to that.

Injury report says illness. Maybe he had the flu.

I've been very crirical of Mavs 2-way contract strategy, teams find some serviceable players with these spots, (Hauser, Pippen Jr, Jay Huff, Alvarado, NaJi Marshall, Ellis).
Brandon Williams was unplayable, until yesterday, he outplayed Hardy and was passable PG.
Defense wins draft lotteries!

Luka and Lively need to stop being so damn injury prone. The team can't afford to lose unnecessary games in a crowded west.

I'm almost to the point of considering PJ as the most important player on this team. Not the best, but the most important.
We can win with Kyrie/PJ or Luka/PJ but without PJ in almost any scenario, we seem to struggle.
PJ even gave us a chance in a game without Luka/Kyrie/Klay/Lively/Naji, so I'm convinced we won't go anywhere in the POs without PJ.
Nico needs to find another wing as some type of insurance.
I really thought DFS would have been the ideal piece.

Can someone please explain to me why Morris is on this roster?
If he can't get in this game or the last, there is absolutely no reason for him to be in a uniform.

I get the great mentor/locker room guy, but hire him as a coach if you want him exclusively in that role.

With Kyrie, Klay, Luka, PJ, Dinwiddie, Exum and Powell on this roster, do we really need a 35 yo washed up veteran towel waver who provides only a little leadership?

Hardy seems just a volume scorer... Probably good for some trades but not for a contender team.

Same situation like Haslem with Heat. Veteran leadership/locker room guy plus he's a apparently good friends with Kyrie. So basically to satisfy some ego's.

Yea we have 3 wasted roster spots in Morris, Exum, Powell. When u have injuries and suspensions, those hurt a lot more
