Was expecting a loss so I didn't watch and am pleasantly surprised that I'm wrong.

With this victory, Mavs will automatically lose to Blazers at home in the next one.

So is it possible to win games without Luka&Ky? What a surprise!!!!

If Kidd doesn't make dumb decisions (let hot players play, call right TO, no experiments or bad rotations) we have a chance.

We fought a lot, we moved the ball to find the open man and made our 3s.
Klay and Hardy are streaky as hell, luckily Kidd didn't put out of the game them when they were hot. That's a big upgrade hahahahahahaha

Grimes and PJ shines. Naji not so much.
Make shoots help of course, our offense is still putrid but at least the ball was moved fast this game.
Defense was solid, we have to limit opponents under 100points to win without our stars.

120 from Memphis G-Leaguers were unforgivable. No matter what.

Lakers are bad, JJ is maybe worse than Kidd. No to so easy.
They missed a lot of good 3s. But a W is still a W.
We needed it badly. The situation was terrible.

JJ is terrible right now but it is his first season as a coach... Not a surprise, it would be strange to be terrible after 12 seasons as a coach (coff coff).

PJ 39 minutes on a 2nd night of a B2B.
With no P&R player, Maxi as a 5 proved more effective (having PJ playing bigger than his size helps)
Keep snatching wins, 6th seed is still real possibility.

Glad they won, man its been depressing. Hopefully, they can make up for the last unnecessary loss against PDX. Kidd really should let Gortman and/or WIlliams play. We understand they're not great, but they can run the team better than our vets.

Did you notice Maxi is now driving to the rim a lot? Well... he more or less gets stuck doing that but i'm wondering what is this all about. At least i can't say Kidd doesn't adjust, he made Maxi dribble on offense a lot

I didn't watch as I couldn't bear seeing another crap performance; so glad they proved me wrong. I still cant understand how the FO came into the season thinking we were set at PG. Luka, Kyrie, and Exum have never proved to be iron men and Spence looked done last season. I mean did we not learn from the ridicuous "we have Frank" fiasco a few years back?

Man, that double pump dunk gave me flashbacks to bubble Maxi...
He had a drive where he blew past Hayes and Hayes recoverd and embarassed him with the block, for the next 15 games until teams realize he's a paper tiger on drives, he's a good decoy.

That's very well said. And we thought Kidd is not a genius :D

[Weber] Jason Kidd said that P.J. Washington gave a message tonight in the locker room: “Give this group some time. This is a new group. A lot of injuries. We’re learning each other, we’re asking guys to change their role…Guys have been in a positive state, the energy is great.
Social Media

Continued quote: “We believe every time that we take the floor that we can win but also knowing sometimes you don’t, but can you learn from that. It’s a long season, so I give P.J. a lot of credit for that voice in that locker room right now of keeping guys together.”

Thanks for sharing Arch. I think PJ has officially taken over the ranks as my new fave player in the NBA. Just so much to like. That's not even mentioning his crazy ex, who he has to deal with (just check out an episode of Basketball Wives, haha).

The only thing in your clip I did not like Arch was the video of Exum smiling. The guy hasn't played a lick of basketball and taking in more money than any of us will see while we work, it must be nice.
