Kings joined the part, it's a 4 team race to the last 2 play in spots
Kings
Suns
Mavs
Blazers

Combining schedule + record, Mavs look like they are going to make it to 9th seed.

This guy needs to get signed. I have a feeling Gafford gets traded in the summer as he has value.

Center depth would be Lively, Jones and then Powell as a 3rd option.

I liked him in CHO also, but he went crazy, low IQ but man, size and athleticism are off the charts, shot is nice also.

In other news, Durant drops 38-8-5 on Giannis and the Bucks. Ties the Mavs for 10th spot.

This is bad news. This will have Nico salivating on getting KD in the summer.

64 points in the paint.
Wow!

Brooklyn never held a lead in the game.

Dallas needs to give even more playing time to Lively next season to prove he can be healthy before giving him a bigger contract. You cant load manage a 20 year old kid IMO. If he can only play 40 games a year at 20 years of age then there is no use signing him to a big payday.

Well Gafford will be gone after next year or traded this off season, Mavs can't pay all of them. So Lively will naturally see increase in his minutes then and he's still on a rookie contract for 2 more years.

Though, it's hard to trust this new Mavs FO to make the right decisions anymore. How they fumbled Brunson is absolutely wild. And how Cuban lied about it and only when proven he was a liar he admitted his mistakes. Nico is the same snake as Cuban was, so anything Mavs say about the future, i'll wait until i actually see it.

Nico has phobia of re-signing players. I think he sends them out even before they negotiate the contract.

With Gafford and PJ about to get re-signed to new bigger deals, yes I think one or two will get sent out to make the cap gymnastics work.

You guys remember how Draymond used to give a screen to Klay, fakes a hand off, Klay runs to the right, fakes it, runs left, then gets the ball from Draymond then shoots it. I want to see more of that from AD and Klay moving forward with AD being a willing screener.
