Bare in mind the FA history of Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The situation is identical. Don't get unrealistic expectations on FA. You'll only disappoint yourself.

So it's a my turn, your turn offense.

Does Luka shoot well on catch and shoot 3s? Otherwise he seems to see those possession as a chance for him to take a break.

A reporter, maybe Kevin O'Connor, said early in the season or in the preseason, he asked Luka about working offball and Luka looked at him like he was a Martian.

Not true, lately Luka has been dropping to the elbow and positioning for a post up waiting for the entry pass, many times Luka starts the P&R draws both the big and and best perimeter defender and passes to Brunson to attack.
Yeah, but it's the game result - Luka wants the ball in the end. That's not off ball. He's not setting screens, he's not running. His idea of playing off ball is planting himself in the post and demanding... The ball

That's Mavs playing style, it's not just him, the whole team plays like that, most teams actually play like that, GSW/DEN are unique in their multiple off ball screens and cutting and popping actions.
Defense wins draft lotteries!
