If Lively can start, than Poirier is All Star material.

Hardy is at best Buddy Hield without much playmaking.

Not in D and they're playing more some players that normally play less.
They are having Euroleague match in 2 days in Turkey.

What's up with Real Madrid playing their starters vs our g league guys right now?
Not confident these kids can close the deal.

Fernandez out-lead Kidd in clutch.

Lively has stamina issue even in SL. Bare in mind that Lively averages 18 minutes in college.

Campazzo just killed Walker's "nba career"
That deal better not be guaranteed

Hate to tell you that it doesn't change his age and his learning curve. Kinda how it goes buddy.Bob8 wrote:ejs78 wrote:Guess you missed he's 19 years old.Bob8 wrote:If Lively can start, than Poirier is All Star material.

Any big guy from Real Madrid would probably be better than Powell and Holmes. This off season suddenly doesn't look that good anymore. Injuries, horrible offense, still very suspect defense and RM even won the rebounds battle.

Before people start praising our rookie, just compare his and Poirier stats,
Lively 6 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocks, 5 fouls.
Poirier 19 points, 10 rebounds and 6 blocks, 2 fouls.
Yes, Lively is 19 years old, but I doubt that will help Mavs, when he will be playing against starting Cs.

I know it's ridiculous as this is preseason, but there's no sense of urgency or change.
It's probably going to be a long year since your two best players are perpetually questionable.

I'm sorry but once even you start questioning everything, this whole forum goes downhill. You have no other choice but to stay optimistic.

And I hate to tell you, that he's still a starter, Mavs will need to live with.
I have compared 2 players now, not what might be in the distance future. 1 is starter in Nba team that wants to make playoffs, other is backup C in Spain.

Luka laughing when a guy hits a 3 on his team, preaseason or not, says it all.

Hopefully it's just preaseason. But this past week has been a sham.
