Lakers get: Daniel Gafford, Jaden Hardy
Magic get: Austin Reaves, Klay Thompson
Dallas gets: Jalen Suggs, Shake Milton

Then use Caleb Martin to get a backup center. Two mistakes (Klay and Hardy) gone, and get a guy that can run the Point while Kyrie is out, and fit like a glove with him when he returns

Sign me up. I'd even send the Lakers pick back if needed. Maybe the Magic needs to send a pick to Lakers too.

Yea I know it won't happen. But Suggs is the best player imo, so don't think Orl would have to add anything

But at the end just shows what kind of idiot Nico is. Mavs would have a core of Luka/PJ/Gafford/Lively, maybe even include Grimes.. FOR YEARS to come. That would be insanely good team on its own.

And even if he was hell bent on trading Luka to Lakers, Flagg/Lively/Christie/PJ/Reaves/Knecht/LA29/LA31 would have been one hell of a bright future for this team while being a legit contender next season.

Yeah, either way, Nico was an idiot.[/quote]
Knecht didn't even touch the court. Useless. The Timberwolves specifically targeted Reaves. Useless.

Boston apparently interviewed Flagg in the combine. Hollinger is suggesting J. Brown + picks for Flagg.

Usually I'd just shrug this off as something dumb but you never know with Nico.

God I hope not but if they want him bad enough, Nico should entertain offers.

Maybe if Nico came to Mr Vegas with that stupidity, that would seal his fate and finally get fired.

Boston has nothing to offer for Flagg.

I'm curious what kind of offers Nico is getting for the pick.
Considering the bone headed Luka trade followed up with the Lopsided Grimes deal, the offers are probably ridiculous.

Are we gonna bail out another historical franchise after saving LAL future? That would be the final nail in the coffin to me.
Flagg has to be untouchable.

With mr. Harrison we cant rule out anything but I can't see a realistic path that brings JB to Dallas, we have to give up a ton of contracts, in a vacuum Brown is not even worth #1 straight up (not even a top3 pick in my book), let alone adding rotational players in order to match his gargantuan salary.

We know Boston is desperate. New owners shouldering half a billion dollars in payments, 2nd round exit and Tatum likely out for the whole year next season with a torn achilles. They're looking for a hard reset. Tatum and Brown being on 2 supermaxes make them eat more than half the cap just for 2 of them. That's hard to build around.

When that $500M check clears and gets wiped out off your account, that **** is gonna hurt. And to think Tatum will still be out next season, you're not even competiting yet.

Tatum has ACL and Brown has a very bad knee. Probably they are done.

But Silver is still the commissioner so we helped the Lakers and this time it's Boston turn. No surprise.

The question is still the same, what is the pay back for gift Flagg? Ja Morant?

Tatum snapped his achilles. There is no guarantee he gets back to his old speed or movement.

The 2026 first overall pick, of course.
The should rename the franchise as the Dallas Charity.

Hey man. I'd send AD out for the 2026 first overall pick and draft that Boozer kid.

If Boston needs AD, you have Nico's number.

They have a right to interview him. He hasn’t been drafted yet. Why not interview him?

I've watched a documentary where his family is friends with Brian Scalabrine and took him to Boston for some summer runs. Wouldn't read too much into it. Spurs fans are salivating to pair Wemby and Flagg too. Not gonna happen. Nico has a babysitter now for checks and balances LMAO.

Mavs need to take a good hard look at Kai Jones. If he can do like 80% of what Gaff does at like 5% the cost, that's your Gaff replacement. Can't pay people starter money to come off the bench.

More minutes for Lively means more development time anyway. Addition by subtraction IMO.

Derrick White is my dream target. Love the trade posted by Mavrelous in T&T (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2459192&p=118625504#p118625504)
Maybe I'm too high on Derrick but I would give the 2031 FRP too to make it happen.

Lively / Kai Jones
AD / Marshall
Flagg / Martin
Klay / Christie
White / BWill

Deal.

If we get the number one pick in 2026 I want Darryn Peterson.
