Our schedule got us tonight. Back to back games, Phoenix & Denver, and Milwaukee & Chicago. Tomorrow will be a much needed no game day before we face Oklahoma City.

Nico better duck for cover today. Guy is going to get obliterated from Mavs Twitter and rightfully so. This team is a joke without Luka to orchestrate.

Jazz and Timberwolves are also on B2Bs tonight. I know the timing/logistics aren't the same but barely anyone is resting and they don't look completely spent.

Very tough. The back to back with a home game then traveling to Denver shouldn’t be allowed. Was honestly surprised we played well that game.

Couple of positives from this game:

-Luka-Doe doe-Tim Hardaway combined to shoot 100% on FTS tonight.
-Kemba looked okay
-A JaVale sighting!!

Surprised the Bulls are under .500. Two of the most underwhelming teams this yr.

I have a feeling that schedule will kill us every time when playing without Luka.

That L was embarassing, not the last one.

This is what Nelson,Nico and Cuban built around Luka Doncic. An heavy taxed G-League squad.
Good work bunch of sh*t. You deserve the sh*tstorm that will come.

Watching how they play without Luka against not the best opponents, playoff is very questionable, if Luka misses more than 10 games.

I turned it off in half time of course, but how did McGee manage to post +/- of -16 while scoring near perfect 18 points on 11 possessions?
It's an embarrassing game, but the team was missing their probably 3 most impactful players, and was devastated after disappointing loss and physically drained after a late trip.
The body language of the team is troubling, much more than the performance or the result, I hope they snap out of it in this break.
Defense wins draft lotteries!
Fortune favours the bold, so it ducked Nico Harrison.

McGee was embarassing. Drummond abused him all day long... And Drummond is a mediocre player.

He scored a lot of points in the garbage.

Worst sign of the year. Mr "Poor's man Tyson Chandler"

The Mavs should have paid the same amount for 1-year Howard.

The west have 2 young and deep teams in Pelicans and Grizzlies, they are a lock for top 4 seeds.
Kings are also young, well coached and hungry for success, I count them as lock for top 6 seeds.
Clippers will pull through IMO.
Denver are still w/o MPJ and even with Murray they aren't looking very impressive, even though they have much better supporting cast around Jokic than Luka, I think they will pull through.

The rest of the west is hanging by the thread TBH, that's the only reason I'm hopeful.
Warriors are as reliant on Steph as the Mavs on Luka.
Suns are mentally fragile and lead by a 2nd option player masquerading as a superstar, and aging PG who appears to be done.
Wolves are a mess with their expirement, but they are looking better w/o KAT than w/ him.
POR alternate between contenders to lottery every game, just like the Mavs.
UTA will cool down.
Lakers are very injury prune and their depth is shallow.

The west is open, there is a chance for the PO with 70 Luka games, but they need to start winning winnable games, they lost at least 5 games they should've won already.

Bottom line is, Luka has to play in MVP form 70+ games. Anything less won't be enough, unless FO surprise us and somehow make unexpected trade.

Kemba doesn't look good. Bad on defense and is used as pure floor spacer. I think the Mavs actually give Hardy and perhaps Ntilinka playing time.

The Mavs might tank for the rest of the season and get the top pick. After the lock out, Luka may decide on next contract. With a tank and a lock out, the Mavs may end up with 2 high lottery picks. By the time, major competitors are gone.

Like last year, Luka was league MVP for the 2022 calendar year.

No, it's a big difference, Mavs were 8/9 when Luka wasn't playing in RS last year.
