This team pisses me off...they seem to only be motivated against the teams they consider better...against weaker opponents they think they'll win Just by showing up...a lazy effort/attitude,but what else do you expect when your coach doesn't show any emotions(never happy, never angry) , he's Just happy he's there

When we play small ball, then we will see Sochan killing us in the paint................

Huge shot by Exum again. He's saving us today.

Maxi is in the game to stretch the floor yet he passes on every single open look he gets. What a 5head strategy.

Looks like the Mavs are going to be able to hold on.

Luka had a clear path to the basket and passed it. I guess he’s now scared to shoot. How about cutting down on tough shots and keep taking easy shots?

Edit : Exum with the dumb foul. No easy wins…

Yep...maybe Lively should Play instead...he did hit 13 in a row before the draft... wasn't that one of the reasons they were so impressed with him...I mean,he probably could hit the same amount as Maxi right now :D

Ugly ugly ugly win but thanks to Ky and Dante in the clutch it's in the W column. Move on, don't talk about it again. Luka luckily won't shoot that poorly again.

Wemby with 3-13 shooting and 5 TOs btw. We at least do a pretty decent job on him. Not so much on the rest though...

Yep. This time it was PJ and Kidd had some balls going small again in the clutch with Maxi actually guarding him. But luckily Wemby also looked tired and was rarely involved in their offense.

Great defense by PJ on Wemby. He was one of the main guys to limit his scoring. Ive been on him about his shooting from 3 but 2/5 for 40% is better than the 25% he has been shooting. Credit there. Kyrie played well and hit some big shots in the clutch along with Dante Exum. Both of them saved us this game. I thought Kyrie was a little to lax on a fast break in the 4th but he made up for it. As for Luka, 6-27 - not sure what was going on with his shooting? He couldn't buy a basket in this game. Luka just looked too lax out there - like he expected to just beat these guys handily. He had a lot of assists and we were up double digits many times in the game but we didn't play up to a standard as a unit.

Anyways, we gonna need everyone all systems go going forward. Hopefully we see a better performance out of this team going forward.

It was just a bad luck, he locked him up multiple possessions and Sochan or Jones managed to hit late clock 3s, some of them heavily contested, he played a good game, but it wasn't reflected in his +/-.
Good to pull the win while continuing the horrible scoring funk, but they need to snap out of it.

Why is why it's mostly a useless stat. He was 2 for 2 from the field so it wasn't offense, he had a total of 1 rebound, he wasn't locking down the Spurs either. He was just in the game when we outscored our opponent by 27, that's all that means. It's not an individual stat.

If Kyrie shoots 53% on similar volume to what he's shooting for the rest of the season, he'll have 50/40/90 season, he's at the 40 from 3 and 90 from the line right now.
