Kings have Clippers, @Celtics, @Knicks, @Thunder, Pelicans, Suns remaining (also us twice but in their house)

While we have 2nd easiest schedule remaining in the NBA.

I wonder if we can get to 5th we're 1.5 behind Pelicans who have

@Heat, Thunder, Bucks, Celtics, Suns, Magic, @Kings (guess it might not help for either to win)

They close @Warriors and at home against Lakers who will probably be fighting just to stay alive.

That'd be crazy if we got #5 and faced Clippers again. We're actually only 3 games behind them. If we didn't go on that slump where we lost 6 out of 7 we'd be up there.

We now have the same win total as the Knicks, who get so much hype from the media while we get next to none. Oh well never had it don't need it.

Yeah, the way the media talks about DAL, you would think we're a lottery team. If DAL was in the East, we'd probably be a top 3 seed and Luka would be the runaway MVP.

Luka is joy to watch! If he is not in top 2 for MVP ballot then voters are acting stupid!
Kyrie didnt shoot well but he was facilitating through what defense gives up. Jazz is not good but its refreshing to see kyrie gets used with new teammates.
PJ and THJ still struggling for shooting. PJ at least defends and rebounds so I’d rather give him the time . We need him for playoffs. We dont need much THJ for playoffs. Dude maybe needs a 1-week vacations or sth to clear his head. Forget about contract extension clear the mind!

Pelicans lost a game which I am not surprised. Mavs passing Pels is a possibility for sure. They have a tough schedule left.

Do I like Clippers matchup? Probably not.
But Kawhi is older, and Mavs now have 2 solid centers in Lively and Gafford. So this time Mavs would probably win in 6-7 games.

Man, this is a different team than before, 18 dunks in a game? Who are these Mavericks?

And Harden now plays defense on Kawhi!

LOL at Hardy doing the weird eye look Luka did in his rookie year.

He needs to learn how to do Kobe's death stare to a coach, so that he would get all of Tim's minutes. Tim Brickaway Jr. should seriously become Powell's best bench buddy and just stay there until he's traded.

few takeaways
- I thought our season is over once gafford went out injured. this looked bad
- why does Luka play at the end of the game? Rest him, everything was under control
- Somehow Jazz never really went away and were always in that 9pt range, what happens if Lauri is making his 3s
- Good Maxi game, but I still don't want to see him getting more minutes than Lively

it never felt dangerous. Maybe because the Mavs always were able to score

You never know with cardiac Mavs. If you need a loss when you have already won, Mavs are the best team to do that.

Nice to get an easy win against a bad team.

Did anyone notice how PJ is shooting 3s? He's just unable to shoot them straight.

How much easier it would be for Mavs, if he could hit few 3s per night, but something is off with his shot.
