We can talk whatever we want, but Dlo is our far the best player, which is kinda hilarious.

Starting unit with 1 assist and 4 Tov in Q1.

B-Will has been awesome. All Kidd needed was him for him to get arrested to remember he exists.

A couple of things I’ve noticed. Cooper Flagg needs to be more aggressive on the offensive end. He defers too much. There were a couple of plays where DLo wouldn’t give Cooper the ball and took it himself. If Cooper wants the ball in those situations he’ll need to be more aggressive. He also needs to get physically stronger. He will get stronger as his body matures but right now he gets pushed around a little when he’s trying to score in the paint.

Brandon Williams must have seen his NBA life flash before his eyes with that arrest for weed. He’s out there looking like a Kyrie starter kit.

The crowd was actually chanting MVP when Powell was shooting a free throw. Lol!

I can immagine street clothes scream "i'm here now" after a dunk for +30 mavs... And after that goes out for an injury.

Too optimistic... Street clothes is a soft budino. No news.

From 5 bigs to 5 guards... That's Kidd magic.

B-Will or D-Lo need to start moving forward. The team is so clearly better when there's an actual PG on the court.

I'm also a very strong advocate for benching Klay. He's been beyond abysmal at this point. One can argue he's been the worst player in the NBA so far that gets 20+ mpg.

B.Will proving me right, he's a baller and Kidd had him benched in the first two games for some reason. Flagg amazing defense entire game and also had much more space to operate without AD in the 2nd half. Just need more experience and he's also proving us right that his natural forward position is what he should focus on instead of trying to be a guard.

And Mavs legend D.Powell MVP of the game basically.

I don't know WTF this game was but it's a win.

I don't think it was all Kidd fault... Probably someone above him "suggest" to play Coop at the point and try to prove that he can be better than Luka in that spot.

However with street clothes done for long time (Achilles is big a problem) Coop has time and space to improve and play his best game. Maybe win the ROY too.
Plus Mavs will lose games easily and win another high pick at the lottery (btb #1?).

Dwight Powell for Jae Crowder, Brandan Wright, Jameer Nelson, a conditional first-round pick, and a second-round pick was a genius trade.

Pacers has no answer for Brandon Williams. I am impressed with Max Christie's improvement in passing and decision making. Coop being able to stay the course. The energy and defense is awesome as well. The Mavs is not quite the defensive team everyone has long to be. So it's not about being tall nor being small. Either way, the Mavs defense overall is bad. With AD out as well, do the Mavs switch to zone defense with Coop / PJ being the center?

Powell is somehow rolling to the right spots all game long. This kind of off-ball movement is needed.

It is mind boggling how bad Klay Thompson is right now...

I would say the same for Mavs as a team and their coach.

They only reason Klay is starting is that they want to keep some kind of trade value. If they put him to the bench with less than 10 min they will never get rid of him which is already really hard.

Nevertheless starting 5 shouldn't be that hard to assemble.

If AD is out hoepfully one ouf our injury prone Cs will get back. I am really getting nervous if Lively can stay on the floor. Lively has played 93 and missed 76 games already in his young career.

Klay remains in the starting lineup, and playing against opposite team's starter will just continue to expose him to the league that how bad he is right now
