Bertans and Bullock are both averaging 5 points. First is playing 9 minutes, second is playing 28 minutes. First is shooting 42% for 3, second is shooting 31% for 3. First is having 63 TS%, second 49 TS%. And maybe the biggest difference, opponents are chasing him over the screens, he doesn't just stand statistically in offense like other shooters.

I believe serious coaching staff should find the way to play Bertans at least 15 minutes every game. Now, not only that he's playing very little, he's not playing in some games at all. Yes he's not good in D, but he's big enough to be put on some less mobile big.
