Without Lively, Gaff, PJ, Martin and AD? I mean I hate this organisation as much as you these days but come on man, that's just a plain dumb thing to post. Utterly moronic statement.

oh is that the reason? I thought it was just Doncic's fault...

So, why did we trade him?

I would have definitely had crack if I was at the AAC watching these Kings score 130 points...

2 games left before ASB, Warriors and Heat, both at home, then everyone will get a chance to regroup, players rest and heal, and FO get some PR help from someone with a functioning brain.

But you weren't and the team was playing 38min without a single big and without 4 of the 5 top defenders... I mean come on that's just a plain dumb statement.

They still didn't address the biggest elephant in the room.

AD injury?
Regardless of the outcome, they need to work on their PR and behavior, they initiated the trade, premeditated it, worked on it for a month, and their actions since then are of someone surprised by it and have no idea how to deal with it.
What's done is done, but this circus needs to stop and they need to start acting like adults.

I totally agree with you, but waiting with telling people, if AD needs surgery or not, is another wrong move. I understand how bad timing is, how bad will they look, if it's season ending injury, but it would be cathartic moment and Mavs could finally move on. I'm 100% sure they know by now exactly what kind of injury AD has and what are further actions.

All that **** happened because FO and owner didn't understand that fans matter. And it looks they still don't understand.

This new leadership is making it incredibly hard to be a fan of this team. All the BS they're doing with fans and media is absolute horror show.

And also, what is this new stat? 1 player injury per game now? Cursed season...

What went down last night in Dallas has everyone fired up, if there are bad news, it's understandable they are delaying it.
Most likely they'll say he'll be re-evaluated in 2-3 weeks and then say he had a surgery after everyone has calmed down.

Yes, that's the most likely outcome. But I believe telling the truth immediately after Miami game would be the best. Just get over with and give people 1 week to calm down. Nico making resignations would be beneficial too. He's done in Dallas no matter what. It would be the best for Mavs, fans, Dallas, his family and him, if he steps down.

I wouldn't rule out Nico resignation, but I'd say it's unlikely.

Its rough and its sad. Is this the biggest downfall we have seen in a while for a team?

Nico hiding under the bed is pretty bad in my opinion. ;) I would for sure resign in his place.

Deep into retirement, he's still the one to carry this franchise and save it from embarrassment, no gesture of appreciation is enough for Dirk Nowitzki, a true giant on and off the court.

I don't know if Dirk is capable enough to be a GM or coach. But I would be perfectly fine with him.
