That ref might actually send him on a bombing run tomorrow with that dumb ejection. But then again, emotions will be high, he could very well go 1/20 FG lol.

That ejection was brutal, Refs are worse and worse every game.

Like i said i don't think Luka will go nuclear tonight, he doesn't care. His future is bright. Our is a nightmare.

@JoeyMistretta_
Jason Kidd said “we believe in Nico and Patrick” to build a winning championship-caliber team.

This is for all Kidd supporters here. Enjoy your coach.

Those 3 destroyed the franchise. I still hope in Karma.

That's because that Kidd-idiot most likely had his handprints in this trade... there's a reason Luka didn't respond to Nico's nor Kidd's messages

Jason Kidd does seem to be involved. Anytime I have seen Luka react to Kidd he hasn't been good. During the tribute video Luka had his reaction towards Jason Kidd. Luka is emotional and he has been betrayed.

Kidd absolutely knew about the trade. No coincidence that Luka didn’t hug or shake hands with Kidd yesterday.

My guess would be Kidd, Lebron, Buss, Dumont, Pelinka and Nico. Rich Paul would know too by extension via Lebron.

The interactions after the trade, or lack thereof, makes it very clear, Kidd was not only in the know, but he was a driving force behind the decision, the more I see, the more I think Nico Harrison isn't very bright and was manipulated by Kidd and Pelinka, this isn't a cunning conspiracy of a mastermind, but a fool who let himself to be manipulated into the worst trade in sports history by 2 snakes.

I wonder where the beef between Kidd and Luka started. I'd understand the Nico part since he has an ego. But Kidd is someone he interfaces with on an almost daily basis in-season. Someone would have noticed something was off between those two if they just completely stopped talking.

We'll never know, the reporting is very lacking as always in Mavs land, I'm still midway through the MacMahon book, but I doubt he'll give a real insight to what happened.

I don't think so but assume it's the right version, why? Why would Kidd orchestrate all this?

Even though he's a mediocre to bad coach, he understands enough about basketball to realize that it would have been crazy.

Kidd has delusions of grandeur since he was a player, in Kidd's mind, he was the reason for the 22 WCF run and the 24 finals run.

Kidd doesn't make sense for the simple reason, why would coach want to shorten contending window?

He knew for sure, but it's highly unlikely it was his idea.

I already aswered 41Dirk41 above, and if you look at how the team played w/o Luka after the trade compared to how they played w/o before the trade, it is also very clear Kidd coached a totally different game with the same roster, he was prepared for it.

In 10 years time, there will be a documentary about Nico and what financial favors he got to send Luka to Hollywood. It may not be from his mouth but there will be a whistleblower for sure. Can't sweep everything under the rug without it stinking eventually.
