yay we get to see the player who has reenergized Portland whip up on us. If we traded for Gerald Wallace I think we'd all be feeling a whole lot better about our prospects in the playoffs. Management failed us yet again. Peja had two good games before the trade deadline (fools gold) and that probably made Cuban/Nelson think a deal for his two year contract and salary wasn't needed. Bollocks. Now watch Portland bounce us in the first round.

Tonight Carlisle should try to use Roddy in the 2nd unit instead of Barea to play them in PO.

Well its kind of a big game tonight, so that means that Carlisle is barely going to play Roddy. It probably wouldn't have mattered if Roddy plays or not, he doesn't seem like the player he was at the end of the season last year; doesn't look for his shot or anything. Hopefully something changes tonight.

If Chandler is out tonite, I hope Brewer is active and gets 5-10 mins...he could be useful against Roy, Wallace, Matthews.

Roddy's mins last 5 games are: 16, 13, 13,16, 9. He has more PFs (19) than made FGs & FTs combined (16).

Last game vs Warriors, Stevenson, Roddy and Peja = 43 mins, 3/14 FGs for 8 pts.

I hope Brewer can get some playing time too. I just hope he doesn't go foul crazy again.

The game vs New York when he played 17 mins, he had 4 rebs, 4 asts, 2 stls and 7 pts. So when given the opportunity, he does a bit of everything. Yes he needs to cut fouls down, but I think now that he has had 4 weeks worth of practices with Dallas, his focus and discipline should be better.

But without mins, theres not alot he can contribute.

All of TCs minutes will go straight to JJB, Stevenson and possibly Cardinal. We know Rick well enough now. I'd be wondering why he's not giving Brewer any chances but it's Rick... so we're all used to it by now.
