I think Dennis can learn a lot from Rubio. He's a hell of defender and distributer. Another tough outing for Dennis. If Smith can learn this 2 tricks, he could be top-5 PG in this league. As of now, defense is still one of the most important area to improve on. But yes, Dennis's already improved a lot compared to his SL and first few preseason games. Rubio makes his teammates significantly better. Utah let their franchise player go. But they've got much better record. The most important reason is indeed Ricky Rubio who leads less-talented play to play to their strengthes. I think DS can really learn a lot from coming game.
Rudy Gobert is one of the young center I like a lot. I think he's yet to take his game to next level, especially offensively. I expect Noel to have hard time guarding him. Maybe Dirk can even do better with his experience to hold position strong. Again, Noel doesn't have the strength and favorable mismatches. I wonder how he responds to challenge. His payday is determined by the fact that how consistent he can be against all types of NBA starting 5. 40% of them presents mismatch challenges to Noel. Another 40% are on the same level as he does. Noel is actually better than 20% of starting 5.
Anyway, I expect an entertaining game. I expect another solid game for Harrison.
