The Mavs have no lob threat now and the rest of the bigs are getting pushed around and out rebounded. The Mavs have basically two European bigs that can’t play inside and rely on outside buckets. This team has no inside presence. And that’s not me being unfair to Porzingis and Kleiber. That’s just their game. And free agency has NEVER been the answer for the Mavs. They have constantly struck out even when they had prime Dirk.
It’s not like losing Anthony Davis, but Powell is great at what he does.
You're only stating the need. It doesn't mean you have to pay $1 for a 50 cent return. What's smart about doing that?
