Year after year, the biggest what if in my mind is roddy B !
Just to share this heavy feeling with you, because its very hard to carry it by myslelf, a little moment to share with you .... :( :(

He had such a promising rookie season - for a brief time I thought that the Mavs had found their answer to Tony Parker.
Unfortunately his feet were more messed up than old Dirk and he could never play enough. Would have loved for Roddy B to have become a star but some guys are just cursed with injuries.

What if Rick Carlisle listened to all the fans and gave Barea's job to Roddy B in 2010?

It wouldn't have matter. Barea's still in the league and Roddy B's not. Roddy has no reason being in the league.

My only what if on him is what if we would have traded him when he was overhyped. People tend to value potential over proven performance.
