Southwest Division - who is best?

Memphis, Houston, and Dallas look pathetic so far. San Antonio is in a rebuild. Does this leave New Orleans as the best in the Southwest by default? They do have a beast in Zion if he can stay healthy.

New Orleans has the worst 3 point shooting starting 5 in the league.
